Grants are made to organizations exempt from Federal Income Tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
All grant applications are now available online!

Grant applications are available from January 1st - April 15th every year (Individual grant deadlines vary. Please note the deadline on the online portal.)
We currently administer the following grants:
The White Foundation
The White Family Foundation grant is available to organizations based in Fayette County. The grant is not available to churches.
The Joe & Elwena Scarpaci Foundation
The Joe & Elwena Scarpaci Foundation is available to organizations based in Vandalia, IL city limits. The grant is not available to churches, church affiliates, other religious organizations, or political organizations.
The Old Capital Foundation
The Old Capital Foundation grant is available to organizations based in the following counties: Fayette, Effingham, Shelby, Montgomery, Bond, Clinton, Marion, and Clay. The grant is not available to churches.
The Charles Ruemmelin Foundation
The Charles Ruemmelin Foundation grant is available to organizations based in Vandalia, IL city limits. The grant is not available to churches, church affiliates, other religious organizations, political organizations, or the City of Vandalia.
The Bond County Community Foundation
- The Bond County Community Foundation (BCCF) is dedicated to the furtherance of charitable and educational opportunities within the local Bond County area.
