May 6, 2026

The FNB Community Bank recently announced the appointment of bank vice-president Ingrid Andronis as Senior Compliance Officer.

Jerry Schukar, the bank's vice-president Chief Risk Officer, stated "Sarah's departure leaves a large void to fill in the Compliance Department. I feel very fortunate to have someone like Ingrid step up and take on these new responsibilities. Ingrid has been with FNB for 18 years and has a ton of experience on the Operations side of the bank. She has dealt with compliance regulations and issues for much of her time here. I've worked closely with Ingrid throughout the years encompassing 2 core conversions and a multitude of product launches. I have full confidence that she will embrace this new task as she has with all the others – with diligence and vigor."

Originally from Austria, Ingrid attended the Vienna University of Economics and Business. She took elective courses with emphasis on banking and international trade. In 2007 she started working for the FNB. While overseeing the bookkeeping department as Accounting Officer, Ingrid specialized in Debit Card Disputes and Fraud Prevention, and was promoted to Fraud Risk Officer in 2025. Her role at the FNB Community Bank continues to evolve with an emphasis on banking rules and regulations.

"I am thankful for this opportunity," Ingrid expressed, "I have always placed customer service first. I enjoy working at a small-town bank where I can be actively involved within the community."

As a member of the FNB's speaker bureau, Ingrid speaks at local Senior Citizen Centers and High Schools about scams and ways to protect against fraud. Outside of work, she enjoys trying out new recipes and spending quality time with her family. She also likes outdoor activities like gardening and watching deer.

Andronis will be the Chairman of the Compliance Council with the central objective to ensure adherence to consumer regulatory compliance. She will also continue to lead the Fraud Department.

The FNB Community Bank, founded in 1865, has locations in Vandalia, Greenville, Ramsey, Patoka, and Mulberry Grove. Member FDIC.
