The FNB Community Bank and First Vandalia Corp. is proud to announce a $35,000 donation to support the construction of a new pavilion at Patoka Park. In recognition of this contribution, the bank will receive exclusive naming rights to the pavilion, further reinforcing FNB's ongoing commitment to community development and local investment.
"On behalf of myself, the Village Board, and the entire Patoka community, thank you to The FNB Community Bank for your generous donation of $35,000 toward the Patoka Park Pavilion project," stated Stacy Hood, Patoka Village Board President. "Your support is making a meaningful difference in our community, and we are truly grateful for your commitment to helping us create a space that will serve families, friends, and future generations. Your generosity reflects the very best of community partnership, and we deeply appreciate it."
The pavilion project will provide a welcoming space for various community events, such as the Labor Day Fall Festival, birthday parties, family reunions, community yard sales, and more. The pavilion is scheduled to be fully completed this spring and will provide long-term benefits to the residents of Patoka.

The $35,000 contribution has helped fund the demolition of the existing pavilion, construction costs, and materials, ensuring the pavilion is accessible, durable, and beneficial to the entire community.
