The FNB Community Bank Welcomes Schager as Downtown Branch Manager

The FNB Community Bank recently announced the addition of Christina Schager as Branch Manager.

Her dedication to building strong relationships, supporting team development, and delivering outstanding customer service makes Christina an excellent fit for this role. Schager has 12 years of banking experience, beginning her career as a part-time teller and advancing into branch management. She later transitioned into Retail Bank Training, where she supported the development of employees across the organization, before returning to branch management. Her diverse experience has given her a well-rounded understanding of banking operations, leadership, and employee development.

"I'm excited to continue meeting everyone, building new connections, and getting to know the FNB team and community," said Schager.

Schager brings a positive attitude, lots of energy, and a few plants to brighten the office! Outside of work, she enjoys reading just about any book that's recommended to her and spending time with her kids, usually taking them to their activities. She is also very active in her church, where she serves as the Tech Team Lead and helps plan and coordinate events.

Schager has joined The FNB Community Bank's Downtown Vandalia location, where she will help strengthen customer relationships, support employee development, and lead the branch's continued growth and commitment to serving the Vandalia community with excellence.
