The FNB Community Bank Welcomes Hartnett as Branch Manager

The FNB Community Bank recently announced the addition of Caitlin Hartnett as Greenville Branch Manager.

With more than half a decade of banking experience, she brings valuable industry knowledge, a commitment to customer service, and a passion for building relationships," said Meagan Eyman, AVP of Operations. "Her leadership and dedication to serving both customers and the community make her an excellent fit for this role. I am excited to partner with Caity as we continue to grow our branches, invest in our people, and deliver exceptional experiences for our customers."

Hartnett began her career at Associated Bank as a teller in October 2020 and worked her way up to senior teller by 2022. In 2023, she was promoted to teller supervisor, continuing to grow her leadership experience. She graduated from Alton High School in 2011 and earned her associate degree in accounting from Bryant & Stratton College in 2022.

"I'm very excited to be joining the FNB community team!" said Hartnett. "I enjoy working in small towns and getting to know the community. I believe that this opportunity will be great to expand my relationships with customers."

Hartnett has a passion for leading others and giving back to her community through volunteering. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, crocheting, and, most of all, spending time with her family. Together, they enjoy playing video games together or watching movies.

Hartnett will join The FNB Community Bank's Greenville branch, where she will help strengthen customer relationships, support team development, oversee branch operations, and continue the bank's commitment to providing exceptional service to the Greenville community.
