Bank Expands to Serve Growing Market with Wealth Management Center 

We are proud to announce the construction of a new branch facility near the west interchange area in Vandalia.  In addition to regular retail banking services, the 8,000 square foot facility will provide investment management, brokerage and trust services to individuals, their families and the businesses they own and manage.
 “First National has seen tremendous growth in our wealth management services which includes our trust and investment center departments,” said Ernie Chappel, President of First National Bank.  “We are committed to meeting the demands of customers who are planning for retirement and this expansion is necessary to provide the services they expect.” 
The new facility will also include full service retail and business banking services such as lobby and drive up service, ATM, night depository, safe deposit boxes, Internet kiosks and a java bar. “We want this facility to accommodate the future growth potential of Vandalia and the surrounding area,” said Ray Radliff, Chairman. “At the same time, our board is committed to maintaining our banking facility in downtown Vandalia.”
Andy Lester Construction, Inc. of Vandalia was chosen as the general contractor.  A groundbreaking is scheduled for the beginning of June with a projected completion date of December 1, 2008.
